Project Description

The project site is comprised of three parcels totaling approximately 2.8 acres. The project is proposed as two, 24-story multifamily towers with approximately 862 multifamily units, 10k SF of retail space envisioned as a grocery market, childcare opportunities, activated public ground floor uses and pedestrian pathways. This project will provide 15% deed restricted affordable units.
